Beef Shares

Purchasing beef shares is the most cost efficient way of securing great quality beef with the convenience of having it right in your home. Beef shares must be picked up locally.

Product breakdown is approximately 20% steaks and premium cuts, 30% roasts and 50% ground beef. How you choose to cut it will play a factor in this some.

We process at 2 locations one being in Ladoga. It is our main processor that most of our customers are familiar with. They are state inspected and paper wrap their meats. The other is in Bloomfield. They are USDA inspected and they can do both vacuum seal and paper wrap.

All meats will be frozen!

Availability varies greatly and at some points can take a few months to get so please place a deposit sooner than later.
