This is to place a deposit for a Prime Rib. The Prime Rib will be priced per lb at $20 per lb. The balance of the cost of the Prime Rib will be paid upon pick up. We expect Prime Rib to weigh between 5-10 lbs. Please once deposit is placed let us know your preferred weight!
