Hey!! Here is how the 1/4, 1/2 and wholes work. I charge $1.50 per lb live weight. Plus the butcher fees. Butcher fees run around $400 per HALF!! On a beef that weighs 1300 (our current average) your looking at $975 per half live weight. Making your overall total around $1375 depending on the weight of the animal. So for a 1/4 or whole you just divide it in half or double that whichever fits what your wanting. The beef will hang/dry age for 3ish weeks after the kill date. You will get a variety of meat back. Half a beef gives you more options than a 1/4. When you select a 1/4 which is totally fine as well there will be a standard you will kind of have to follow. Ground, different cuts, steaks etc. We do request a $150 deposit to secure your spot. Something of this nature is what I want on the bulk beef side of things.
